Job summary

Culver’s in Ohio is seeking a Restaurant Manager with a passion for the restaurant industry to lead shifts, train crew, and ensure guests leave happy. You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain a positive culture, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Assist the general manager in the overall operation of the restaurant
• Build and maintain a positive culture and friendly environment
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
