Job Overview:
Our client, a well-established Singapore-based hospitality group, is hiring 2 experienced professionals in the fine dining industry to oversee and drive the operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction of a high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in hospitality leadership, budget management, team development, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the restaurant’s Profit & Loss performance and execution of cost control strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to align with operational and financial targets.
- Drive profitability through increased customer turnover and operational efficiency.
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
- Perform regular cost analysis and operational reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold food and operational safety standards to provide a safe and welcoming dining environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Optimize service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline workflow.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements, including scheduling and leave administration.
- Participate in recruitment efforts for junior positions and supervise the onboarding process.
- Conduct staff counseling and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Train, supervise, and mentor a team of supervisors and service staff to maximize productivity.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the restaurant.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager.
