Job summary

Cracker Barrel in Terre Haute is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You’ll coach and develop the team, optimize service flow, and uphold our hospitality standard that goes beyond a meal.

The role requires 2–5+ years in restaurant management, the ability to handle a 50-hour week including holidays, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, inventory control and staff engagement in a busy, team-oriented environment.

• Willing to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations
