Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering the Cracker Barrel guest experience with hospitality and efficiency.

You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while working a 50-hour week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure guest and team satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members and manage inventory to deliver consistent service.
• Lead by example to maintain Cracker Barrel’s hospitality and brand standards.
• Deliver on the guest experience while balancing operational efficiency.
