Job summary

Cracker Barrel is hiring a Restaurant Manager in the United States. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth restaurant functioning.

With 2-5+ years of management experience, you’ll coach your team, manage inventory, and model Cracker Barrel’s hospitality. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver Cracker Barrel’s hospitality standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and costs to maintain profitability.
• Lead with a people-first approach to create a positive, collaborative work environment.
