Dave & Buster's Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experiences.

This role requires managing a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment, leading teams, and delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining operational excellence across all areas.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
• Recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development of guest-service teams
• Collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
