Overview

• Ensures guest satisfaction through a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude and hands-on leadership
• Motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management
• Inspects establishment to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations
• Ensures accuracy of paperwork such as sales reports, petty cash, and payroll records

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience
• Extensive front of house knowledge and advanced financial knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic

Pay Range: USD $60,000.05 - $70,000.05 per year
