Job summary

Yard House Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. The role supports the guest experience and team development, with a salary between $68,000 and $80,000 per year, paid weekly and with room for advancement within our nationwide Yard House/Darden family.

Qualifications

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable job history showing upward career and salary progression.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
