Job summary

Yard House Restaurants in Lombard, IL, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an extraordinary guest experience. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a high-volume restaurant.

Qualifications

• Current salaried management experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Create an engaging and positive work environment for team members.
• Manage restaurant financial performance including budget and forecasts.

Compensation

$68,000 per year - $78,000 per year
