Job Description

Pacific Coast Hospitality is searching for an ambitious and talented Restaurant General Manager to lead up this well established (30 yrs. in business and a pioneer in the craft beer movement) restaurant brewery on the beautiful Mendocino coast of northern California, about 3 hours north of San Francisco. RequirementsIdeal candidate will have the following:

• 5 years’ plus experience working as General manager in the upscale, casual dining segment
• Strong communicator with proven ability to lead a team and improve performance standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of restaurant operations from hiring to product and service standards, sales growth and financial results, etc.
• Casual, yet corporate experience/background preferred
• High volume “foodie” experience a plus
• Passion for developing and mentoring a team
• Track record of achieving financial results

Salary Range & Benefits

• Salary – $50k – $70k (starting, based on experience level )
