Job summary

Harri is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full-time permanent position in our Restaurant Operations in the United States. The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving key results in food, service, cleanliness, sales and profit, while leading and developing the store team.

The role requires at least 2 years of team leadership in food/retail, high energy, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Immediate placement; authorized to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Completed at least High school education.
• At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader in charge of service/product quality standards in a food or retail industry or equivalent.
• High energy level; ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable.
• Computer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Job Requirements

• Completed at least High school education.
• At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader in charge of service/product quality standards in a foodor retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays

• Computer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
