Responsibilities and Requirements
- Over 2 years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
- Strong coaching skills—providing effective feedback and fostering team growth.
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, with a focus on results.
- Willingness to master every restaurant position before teaching others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—building relationships with guests and team members.
- Humble and eager to learn within a growing restaurant group.
- Experience managing large teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled in ordering and inventory management.
Must Haves
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience with FOH responsibilities; kitchen management experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet attire standards—no neck tattoos, long beards, fake eyelashes, or long acrylic nails.
- Resilience and grit—experience working tough shifts and overcoming challenges.
- Supportive coaching and team development skills.
Nice to Have
- Kitchen experience or strong desire to learn.
- Experience with systematic, structured restaurant concepts.
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms, inventory, and managing new initiatives.
- Experience managing concepts with over $25k weekly sales and teams of 15+.
- Fast-casual restaurant experience.
