Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
  • Utilize leadership skills and motivate employees to ensure cost control and effective labor management.
  • Inspect establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations.
  • Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • Extensive front-of-house knowledge; advanced understanding of financial aspects.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.
