Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Saint Petersburg, FL, seeks a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in daily operations, supervising Front and Back-of-House teams and ensuring guests experience genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in restaurant or hospitality roles, strong communication, and a commitment to developing teammates through coaching, training, and performance reviews. A flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills with ability to mentor hourly team members.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and Guest delight.
• Champion and support Team Member development, which is the roadmap to our internal promotions.
• Manage performance of Team Members, including evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Work effectively in both FOH and BOH rotation as scheduled.
• Make good decisions and exercise sound judgment.
• Be flexible with schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
