Job summary

Chuy's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in to the last sip of a margarita. You will lead with energy and a commitment to excellence, keeping bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly.

Qualified candidates have 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant, plus Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certifications.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification are required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results-driven and team oriented.
