Job summary

Trevor’s Liquor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences with Above & Beyond hospitality.

You will oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, train staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with the retail team on cross‑functional projects. A strong customer focus and knowledge of food, spirits, beer and wine are essential.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food, spirits, beer and wine.
• Hospitality excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Value collaboration and acting as a team player.
• Desire to develop knowledge of product and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

About the Position
