Job summary

The Post Oak in Pearland, TX seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead high-volume operations with a hands-on, do-whatever-it-takes attitude. You will drive guest satisfaction, front-of-house excellence, and cost control while mentoring a diverse team.

The role requires a stable work history, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage payroll, cash handling, and compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; advanced financial understanding.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivates staff to achieve cost control and effective labor management.
• Inspects establishment to ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and liquor regulations.
• Maintains accurate paperwork including daily sales reports, petty cash forms, and payroll records.
