Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Papillion, Nebraska, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and uphold Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. You will lead and support a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales, manage schedules, train staff, monitor food safety, control costs, and create a safe, fun, and high-performing work environment in line with our core values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service.
• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Direct scheduling, staffing, and task assignment across all shifts.
• Drive sales, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training and development for staff; ensure food safety practices.
• Supervise production and preparation of food following recipes and procedures.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and security measures to protect staff and guests.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. As a Restaurant Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
