Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times.

The role involves managing hourly staff, directing schedules, driving sales and guest satisfaction, and training teams to uphold established recipes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly staff and evaluating performance.
• Ability to interview and hire or recommend hires.
• Proven ability to schedule and manage weekly hours.
• Focus on sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience supervising food prep and kitchen operations.
• Ensure safety and proper food handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend to hire hourly employees.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
