We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager passionate about guest experience and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and recommend hiring hourly staff.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
• Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide and oversee training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our values and goals.
