Hamlin House in Orlando, a Florida-inspired social and racquet club operated by JF Restaurants, seeks a dynamic Restaurant Hospitality Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team and deliver flawless guest experiences in a high‑end, sport‑meets‑fine‑dining concept.

You will shape service standards, supervise daily operations, and collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership for restaurant, bar, and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a high‑end or fine‑casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills — ability to motivate and mentor.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest moments.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted environment (restaurant, lounge, events).
• POS and reservation system experience (OpenTable, Toast, SevenRooms, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire a service‑driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute seamless service for restaurant, bar, and events
• Manage scheduling, floor operations, and guest relations with attention to detail and grace under pressure
• Uphold high standards for presentation, hospitality, and team culture
• Monitor financial performance, labor, and inventory to achieve operational goals

About The Role

As Restaurant Hospitality Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure flawless guest experiences, and build a best-in‑class front‑of‑house team.
