Job summary

Crossroads Restaurant Group in the Portland Metro Area is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise staff, uphold cleanliness and safety, and manage cash handling with accuracy.

This full-time, in-person role requires 2 years of restaurant experience and OLCC Service Permit and Food Handler Certification.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred (2 years).
• OLCC Service Permit and Food Handler Certification required.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume dining environment.
