Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager in the Barboursville area to provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to improve business results and guest experiences.

You will develop hourly team members, lead recruiting, coaching, and training, and uphold core values while collaborating with the management team to deliver high-quality, timely results. The role requires 50-hour weeks, weekend and holiday availability, and strong cost controls for COGS and

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
