Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse seeks an experienced restaurant leader to drive service excellence and restaurant operations. You will coach and develop front- and back-of-house teams to deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to balance guest satisfaction with financial performance. On-site management with a focus on growth and team engagement.
