Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and guest experience standards across a fast-paced, entertainment-focused venue.

You will develop hourly team members, lead recruiting, coaching, and development, and collaborate with the management team to deliver high-quality results while living our core values in a dynamic environment.

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing COGS and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
