Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave's of America, is looking to add a Famous Manager to our Detroit market. Our franchise group includes multiple locations in Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and Washington, D.C. metro areas. While other concepts are scaling back, our franchise group has tripled in size in the last four years. We're looking for energetic, fun-loving, enthusiastic people who enjoy working at the longest-running backyard BBQ party in America.

The Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including achieving sales and profit goals, maintaining high food quality standards, and upholding the company's standards of excellence. Most importantly, Managers set the tone for each shift and lead their team with passion for our guests' experiences.

We seek leaders, coaches, mentors, and trainers to help us operate the home of the "World’s Greatest Ribs". Our scratch kitchen features authentic, in-house smoked meats, homemade sides and desserts, and handcrafted cocktails. The ideal Manager has proven leadership skills, at least 3 years’ experience managing in a high-volume, full-service, casual dining environment, and must be available for at least three locations in the Detroit market, including Westland, Novi, Taylor, and Roseville.
