As a Manager, you will be key to fulfilling our promise to make every guest visit a memorable celebration of food, wine, and personalized service. You will also help create an inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.

Responsibilities of a Manager Include:
  1. Maintaining high employee standards by staffing, fostering inclusivity, developing team members, and supporting accountability.
  2. Implementing security protocols to ensure safety for employees and guests.
  3. Creating memorable guest experiences and engaging with the community through outreach activities.
  4. Managing department P&L, driving sales, increasing profitability, and coaching staff.
  5. Ensuring quality food and drink presentation according to standards.
  6. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards and immaculate facilities.
  7. Living our Principles & Beliefs, fostering a passionate and fun culture, and supporting our people’s well-being.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • At least 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
  • Preferably 3+ years of salaried management experience.
  • Strong work history with wine knowledge preferred.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Minimum age of 21.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.

Compensation ranges from $58,030 to $90,800 annually, varies by location, with potential bonuses.
