The Dinex group, the restaurant group for Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking restaurant managers for several of its NYC locations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality and is experienced in fine dining. Knowledge of French cuisine is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure high standards of food and service quality.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Compensation:

Range between $85,000 and $95,000 per year, depending on experience and venue.
