Job Description

The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations, demonstrating leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values. Success is measured by consistent results achieved through our systems, methods, and procedures, focusing on all stakeholders. This role promotes sustained growth in sales and profits through personal, team, business, and results-oriented leadership.

Job Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale or high-end resort restaurant.
2. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service.
3. Proven ability to develop and lead a team.
4. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution.
