Job summary

Cracker Barrel in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and team engagement. You’ll coach your staff, manage inventory, and model hospitality that goes beyond the meal.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Able to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends.
• Has a valid driver’s license.
• Leads with care and develops team to deliver hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
• Manage inventory, costs, and staffing to maintain restaurant performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver Cracker Barrel's service standard.
• Protect brand standards by modeling hospitality and driving continuous improvement.
