Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times. You will be responsible for leading and coaching hourly staff to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operations.

The role focuses on scheduling, training, safety, and cost control, with opportunities for growth and a strong emphasis on our people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires
• Direct work for employees including scheduling and task assignment
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Enforce security measures to ensure employee and guest safety
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by weekly inventory
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and goals

$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually

Job Description

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for ensuring that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen,

As a Restaurant Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
