Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are upheld. Bring your passion for guests and kitchen leadership to the team.

You will lead hourly staff, manage schedules, drive sales and guest satisfaction, supervise training, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Also responsible for inventory, food safety and cost control, with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend candidates for hourly roles.
• Direct work by setting hours, schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce safety measures to protect employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Understand, manage and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.

Pay

$62,500.00 - $75,000.00 annually

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen.

As a Restaurant Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
