Qualifications

Job description

The General Restaurant Manager will have a strong track record of successfully opening ground-up new restaurants, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget. The role requires managing vendors, catering, and field staff on a daily basis. There is significant growth potential as new locations open across the state. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a GM of a full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of restaurant operations throughout the day.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and foster a hospitality-oriented environment.
  • Lead a high-energy team and develop future managers.
  • Develop and manage staff and menus.
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and back stock performance.
  • Prepare project documentation for site management.
  • Implement quality control and assurance programs.
  • Promote safety through safety initiatives and the company's safety program.
  • Serve Safe Certification is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience in a craft or hospitality setting.
