Leadership Most of our managers are developed internally from team members. If you work hard and want to move up in our organization, we have a leadership development plan called "Roadmap to Leadership" that trains you on the skills and intangibles required for leadership.
Health Insurance As a full time manager, you will have access to health insurance and, if you reach the Director level of leadership, you are given $500 a month towards one of our sponsored health plans.
Vacation Pay As a full time manager you can earn paid vacation time equivalent to 1 hour for every 50 worked which typically adds up to somewhere around 1 week of paid vacation a year.
Flexible Hours You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.
Closed Sundays All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
