Thunderdome Restaurant Group in Mason, OH is seeking an experienced Front of the House Service Manager for Pepp & Dolores. The Hourly Manager supports both front and back of house teams and reports to the General Manager.

You will develop team members, ensure top quality service, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and implement company standards. The role offers growth with a expanding restaurant group and a pathway to advancing responsibilities.

The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
