Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily food and beverage service in the Club restaurant operations. Ensure all Food and Beverage operations and Member services are coordinated to exceed Member expectations, while ensuring service and safety standards are met.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program at high standards.
2. Supervise service staff to ensure consistent service and execution of Member/Guest Food & Beverage experience.
3. Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
4. Possess knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the Club.
5. Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests promptly.
6. Manage opening and closing procedures for shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
7. Attend and participate in staff meetings, line-ups, and training sessions.
8. Assist in implementing training programs for service personnel.

About You

1. At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related Food & Beverage industry.
2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3. Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, TABC, CPR preferred.
4. Handle confidential information responsibly.
5. Proficiency in computer skills, spreadsheets, and good communication skills.
6. Professional environment experience.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
