Job description

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily food and beverage service in the Club restaurant operations. Ensure all Food and Beverage operations and Member services are coordinated to exceed Member expectations, while maintaining service standards and safety guidelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program.
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent service and execution of Member/Guest experiences.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials.
  • Possess knowledge of all liquors, beer, and wines available at the Club.
  • Execute Member/Guest orders and requests promptly.
  • Manage opening procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts, including closing procedures as applicable.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, daily line-ups, and training sessions as required.
  • Assist in implementing training programs for service personnel.
About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or club-related Food & Beverage roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR are preferred.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Knowledge of service STAR training and alcohol management.
  • Computer literacy, spreadsheet skills, strong communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a professional indoor Club environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
