Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise frontline staff and deliver outstanding hospitality. You will work with the General Manager and BOH to ensure smooth, accurate service and a positive guest experience.

The role is full-time with some administrative duties and flexible staffing needs. Ideal candidates have restaurant leadership experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment, while upholding company

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is required.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience is desired, but will train the right person.
• Good communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Good problem solving skills are important.
• Knowledge of hospitality principles is required.
• Ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FOH staff and ensure exceptional hospitality for customers.
• Coordinate with BOH management to ensure efficient service.
• Lead by example and train staff to meet standards.
• Manage scheduling and daily operations to align with General Manager.
• Role is 40 hours per week with some admin duties.
