A leading restaurant chain is looking for a Restaurant Manager to ensure operational excellence and provide excellent guest experiences. The role includes hiring and training staff, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or significant management experience, along with strong leadership skills.
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team to deliver excellent guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable top-line sales. They oversee the overall operation of the restaurant in accordance with Dunkin Donuts standards, franchisee standards, and all applicable laws.

Must talk and hear regularly, stand or walk for long periods, bend, stretch, climb, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work includes weekends and standard hours. Accommodations available for disabilities.
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of restaurant management experience. ServSafe certification required.
