Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Review product quality and research new vendors regularly.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest improvements.
- Control operational costs and identify waste reduction measures.
- Create detailed reports on revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand through community engagement and events.
- Implement marketing strategies like discounts and social media advertising.
- Train employees on customer service practices.
- Implement policies to maintain future operations.
- Assist with Food and Beverage operations, including banquets.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Customer service experience in a managerial position.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Financial management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; hospitality or culinary education is a plus.
