Title of Position - Restaurant Manager

Job Description : The Assistant Restaurant Manager should fully grasp all procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Additionally, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will ensure that all guests feel the true meaning of hospitality and are given responsive, gracious and considerate service at all times. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers, and be in direct contact with the Restaurant General Manager daily.
