1. Create schedules for crew members and ensure proper staffing.
2. Provide breaks and step in as a crew member when necessary.
3. Oversee service delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Assist new employees with system operations and POS handling.
5. Monitor customer wait times and address issues promptly.
6. Train and develop new staff, ensuring shadowing of experienced employees.
7. Manage inventory and maintain supplies and equipment.
8. Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
9. Supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation.
10. Handle customer complaints effectively.
11. Oversee cash register closing and balancing procedures.
12. Maintain strong customer service and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Management experience in quick service restaurant industry.
• Completion of BKC certification programs.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication.
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
