Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining room. You will oversee daily operations, maintain service excellence, and create memorable guest experiences in a stunning oceanfront setting.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in food and beverage, proven leadership, ability to forecast and budget, and strong communication with guests and team members. Join us to drive culinary quality and revenue while upholding the highest hospitality

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Six months to one year in a management position.
• Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
