We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. If you are passionate about guest experience and kitchen management, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly employees
• Set work hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Provide and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures
• Conduct formal Taste & Temps line checks
• Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory
• Ensure safe food handling practices
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals
