Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage leader for our hotel restaurant operations in Mississippi. This role focuses on leading daily service, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

You will collaborate with culinary colleagues to design memorable dining experiences while driving revenue and managing costs. A hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications; Food Manager certification is a plus.
