Maggiano's Little Italy is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily shifts, coach a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in our IL location. You will oversee service quality, labor management, and food safety, while engaging guests with warm hospitality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment.
• Able to move throughout the restaurant and lift up to 30 lbs with/without accommodation.
