Maggiano's Little Italy in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach teammates, and maintain guest experiences at a high standard. You will partner with the leadership team to manage daily operations, scheduling, and guest satisfaction in a busy, upscale setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and career growth within Brinker brands, with opportunities to advance toward Restaurant Manager. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You'll learn all aspects of the operation while building the skills to advance into larger leadership roles. This is where management careers begin at Maggiano's.
