Job summary

Maggiano's Little Italy in the Denver area is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Englewood location, ensuring memorable Guest experiences and seamless service. You will guide shifts, energize teammates, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
  • Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs.

The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You'll learn all aspects of the operation while building the skills to advance into larger leadership roles. This is where management careers begin at Maggiano's. What You Bring
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands
  • Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
