Recruiting Plus LLC (Restaurant Management Solutions) is seeking Restaurant Managers to join our esteemed restaurant clients.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing various operational areas such as Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, Drink Presentation, and Atmosphere.
  2. Assisting the General Manager or District Manager to ensure efficient operations aligned with company policies and standards.
  3. Ensuring vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meet business needs.
  4. Participating in the hiring process for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  5. Supporting employee training and development.
  6. Managing performance of hourly employees, especially Front of House staff.
  7. Handling general business administration tasks including payroll, HR, marketing, and financial reporting.
  8. Promoting the business, building sales, increasing profits, and maintaining guest satisfaction and brand integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years or older

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational, operational, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to changing priorities
