Chuy’s in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of daily operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed from entry to last sip. You’ll lead the bar, lobby, and to-go systems with energy and a commitment to excellence.

Requires 2–3 years of management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen, plus Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage Certifications. You’ll drive urgency, safety, and a team-first culture.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
